Bob is not only the owner of Shroombob LLC, an engineer and the designer of the iSkibike, and his wife's devoted caretaker, he is also a lawyer licensed to practice in the state of Montana. Imagine his surprise when he showed up to a ski hill and management won't let Ellyn ski because of a rule banning all ski bikes on the hill. Well he sued. He sued several ski hills and won access to disabled iSkibikers and others every time under the rules of the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Here are some of his notes.
